Is there free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on the smaller amenities. Larger items like coffee tables, dining tables, slabs etc. require payment of shipment.

How long does my order take to ship?

A-if the item is in stock typically allow 3-5 days before the item ships, once shipped you will receive the tracking number where You can see where the item is currently.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We can make accommodating arrangements!

What is your return policy? 

After the item arrives please make sure there are no issues like scratches and dents from shipping, if any issues are visible please contact directly at redranchproductions@gmail.com with photo proof. There is a 14 day return limit from when the item arrives to your home. If there are no issues (scratches, dents, defective items) and wish to return, only 75% will be refunded for a restocking fee and labor payment to construct the item.
